Ladi Saka
Chief Executive Officer
Ladi is a certified and seasoned product, integrated and digital marketing expert with over 18 years’ exceptional skill set in sales, media buying, digital marketing, brand management, customer service, financial retail product and project management.
He has valuable experience in managing brands in the FMCG sector and across other relevant business sectors. The integrated marketing communication is what has made him a bridge that connects with all these branches. His search for knowledge has taken him on trainings in Nigeria and several foreign countries.
Ladi has worked and still working as Lead Director on several projects and multinational brands, MTN, Procter & Gamble, GSK, MTN, Vita Foam, Guinness Nigeria, Leadway Assurance, Polaris Bank, Pal Pension, Dufil Groups to mention a few.
He holds an M.Sc Finance from Caleb University, Executive Master’s degree from Project Management College (UK) and B.SC in Business Administration from Lagos State University.
He expanded his qualification with several professional Diplomas and Certificates obtained from Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), Quality Service Institute (USA), Chartered Institute of Bankers and Advertising Practitioner Council of Nigeria (APCON). He is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Hacquire Media.

George Ugbegua
Director, Digital Media & Strategy
George has vast knowledge of the Nigerian Digital Media Landscape with experience in Web development, Digital Strategy development, Google Adwords Campaigns, Community Management as well as Digital Analytics. He has managed digital campaigns and has developed platforms for various clients such as Africa Re-Insurance, FCMB, Unilever, Standard Chartered, Radisson Blu, Lagos State Safety Commission, etc.
He is the project lead in the development of Nigeria’s first Analytics tool QuiDig and has been involved in building the next genera4on of digital expert through training he has conducted for various students in the NIJ (Nigerian Institute of Journalism).
George is currently a Lead Consultant for Dashboard Innovations (A Leading digital marke4ng agency), and he is the Country Manager for FlinkBox (An interna4onal Advertising start-up company). With his experience, he also doubles as Executive Director for Digital Innovation and Strategy at Hacquire Media.
He attended Ajayi Crowther University where he finished with a First-Class studying information and Communication Technology. He has handled several trainings for companies such as TVC, Nimbus Media, PFC Africa and currently consults for several agencies in Nigeria.

Taye Onwuli
Director, Client Services
Taye has is a seasoned client service professional with over ten years’ experience spanning across customer service management, event planning and management, quality control and community development management. She has interacted at every level of government intervention gaining quality experience in people and project management.
Her portfolio features numerous award-winning programs with a specialty in developing and executing world-class events working closely with multinational accounts such as Sky Motors, etc. She helps Hacquire Media to apply current and emerging research trends to their business objectives, expanding her role over and above the call of duty.
Taye is a meticulous leader, a smart worker and always ahead of client’s expectations. She brings glamour to her executions and leave client asking for more deliveries.

Akintunde Badaru
Director, Finance and Admin
Akintunde holds an MBA degree from the University of Lagos and bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry from Ladoke Akintola University of Ogbomosho, Nigeria. He is a member of Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), Risk Management Association of Nigeria (RIMAN) and Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
Akintunde has 18 years’ work experience in the financial services, Pharmaceutical, Oil and Gas, Real Estate and Real Estate Businesses. Akintunde is a seasoned business manager skills financial service, Business Management, Business Process Development, Business Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Sales Credit control and Project Management. Akintunde has over fifteen years’ experience spanning across the banking and media advertising in West African sub-region.
